Imagens de satélite mostram o antes e o depois de Porto Alegre, que sofre com as enchentes há quase uma semana. O cenário de construções e áreas verdes hoje está ocupado por água, na imagem em tons marrons. A maior tragédia climática do Estado já deixou ao menos 100 mortos.
