O Globo de Ouro anunciou, nesta segunda-feira, dia 09, os indicados para a premiação de 2025 em uma live no YouTube. A apresentação, que aconteceu em Los Angeles, ficou por conta de Mindy Kaling e Morris Chestnut.
Os vencedores serão revelados no dia 5 de janeiro, a partir das 20h (horário de Brasília), durante uma cerimônia em Beverly Hills, Califórnia. No Brasil, o evento será transmitido pelo Paramount+ e pela TNT. Para a 82ª edição a comediante Nikki Glaser será a apresentadora. Outra novidade já revelada é que a atriz, produtora e vencedora do Globo de Ouro Viola Davis será homenageada com o Prêmio Cecil B. DeMille de 2025.

O brasileiro "Ainda Estou Aqui” foi indicado na categoria de filme internacional e ainda conseguiu destaque na categoria de melhor atriz em filme dramático, para sua protagonista Fernanda Torres. Ela repetiu o feito da mãe, Fernanda Montenegro, que foi indicada há 25 anos por Central do Brasil.
Entre os outros destaques do Globo de Ouro estão "O Brutalista”, “Wicked”, “Emilia Pérez” e “Anora” - este último, vencedor da Palma de Ouro do Festival de Cannes em 2024.
